Gigi Wu, Wim Hoff, & Sungazing

One of the craziest dudes i've ever met is Oscar Carreño. I met him in Colombia in PiedeCuesta. Oscar has a very loud voice/ makes weird/delicious juice/ loves talking about the lost tribes. We used to go on 5am hikes to a statue of Maria called "La Cantera". He told me about sungazing. It took me awhile to understand what he was saying. It sounded like "soo-gah-sing".
